Technological Innovations in Biofabrication

The "Technologies" area is dedicated to the development and integration of cutting-edge tools and methods that drive innovation in tissue engineering. This includes a strong focus on bioprinting, biomaterial processing, and imaging technologies. BioTis is home to the A.R.T. BioPrint, a center of excellence that offers expertise in additive and subtractive biofabrication techniques to promote the integration of this technology in INSERM laboratories.  BioTis is also a world leader in the production of Cell-Assembled extracellular Matrix (CAM), a true bio-material that features a complex extracellular matrix where the "native" architecture produce by the cells is preserved. Using this non-denatured matrix, the concept of Human Textiles was first introduced by BioTis researchers.
